I spoke to Fred Zaga today.  He said Toyn Creek in Mound Valley (Harrison Pass) was named after Charles Toyn (1864).  There is some relation between Toyn and the Stoker family of Winnemucca, Nv.  Charles' ranch is now the Zaga Ranch shown on the Mound Valley page.  He was unsure if Alfred was a relation. However, both Charles below and Alfred V. Toyn (died at age 20 years, during WWII) are buried in Box Elder County, Utah.  Dan Turner
