Been playing the percentage game

Kissed some frogs

Met some toads

Even dated a couple of hogs .

But I ain't found

No handsome prince

Only those

Who made me wince.

Figure I must be due

I've met a monk

And a crazy fool

And more'n a few were drunk

But I keep lookin'

Shopping around

Think I'd have better luck

Down at the pound.

Been to church

A couple of bars

Done the internet

Wished upon a billion stars

I'm not sure why

I even bother

Kinda creeps me out

Shopping for a father

But I'll keep going

Looking around

One day my handsome price

Will be found.
